For those who do not know me I was born and raised in a large Greek community in South East Sydney. Due to family commitments we moved back to Greece fo a period of 10 years and this is where my journey of the traditional Greek cuisine started.
My grandparents, my mentors, taught me that the food we eat comes from the land, should be seasonal and fresh. One of the most important things they taught me was that the food we eat has three purposes, to fill your belly, to keep you healthy and to tantalise your taste buds.
This my friends is the same journey I would like to take you on.
